We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival, defective or if you were sent the wrong item.
In the event that you order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@lulu-jewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try or best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
